how do I get my order?
Since we don't have a storefront you can schedule to pick up at a time and location in the East Valley which will be discussed after your order is placed.
Do I need to order ahead of time?
Because of the time and love that go into our cakes and desserts it is best to reserve your date as soon as possible. We are a small shop that can only take so many custom orders.
Do i pay a deposit?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on any custom order placed as long as the order is placed a week in advance. 100% is required if you order the cake or any other dessert within seven days of pick-up.
Dessert tables require at least a 30 day notice.
How can I pay?
We accept cash or all major credit cards including Discover and American Express.
What Can I expect?
By signing the agreement(or verbally agreeing to the order, if placed by phone) the buyer has agreed to color, design, flavor, quantity and other order details. The buyer also agrees that upon final payment and pickup or delivery of order that they accept the product “as-is” and no refunds will be issued.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Deposits on dessert tables or custom orders over $250 are not refundable under any circumstances. A gift card in the amount of the deposit may be issued at the discretion of the management.
Deposits on dessert tables and custom orders of less than $250 are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the due date, a gift card will be issued to buyer in the amount of the deposit. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to the due date, the deposit will be retained.
